Mediocre stay, some issues need addressing
questionable cleanliness limited variety
The hotel's location was decent. It allowed relatively easy access to nearby shops.
I found several issues . The cleanliness was questionable. I noticed dust in corners. The breakfast selection wasn't great. I expected more variety from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

fitness equipment breakfast choices short walk
The fitness area included equipment I used daily. It featured treadmills and stationary bikes. The breakfast had many choices and the food tasted very good (especially the fresh pastries!). I liked that the hotel is close to the center. It was about a ten-minute walk.
The minibar was not working.

a decent stay with minor issues
smooth check-in city center dusty areas staff english
the smooth check-in process impressed me. the hotel's proximity to the city center proved convenient. everything i needed was really close. the room i occupied was quite spacious.
i found the cleanliness somewhat lacking. i noticed dust in several areas. the general english proficiency of the staff could improve. i experienced some minor miscommunications .

the apartment was on the sixth floor. a large balcony offered mountain views. watching the sunset from the balcony was great. staff was helpful and professional.
breakfast started at seven. many items were not replenished by nine. bacon and pancakes were unavailable.

the hotel includes a large swimming pool. i noticed it had soothing music. i also saw positive energy throughout the pool area. the hotel offers ski equipment rentals.
