A stay with minor issues

The location was PRIME right by the rialto bridge. A taxi stand was very close. Vaporetto was also within 50 metres from this hotel.
The bedroom smelled musty. The smell of air fresheners were too strong. The room did not feel like the photos.

the location was superb, right next to a gondola stand.
the room smelled musty, and this i did not expect. the air fresheners were overpowering, and i think a more subtle approach would be better. it honestly.

charming stay by the rialto
perfect locationprofessional stafflarge roommodern bathroom
The location was superb, just steps from the rialto ferry stop! the staff were very nice and professional. they spoke excellent english. i had the junior suite overlooking the canal. It was a lovely, big room! the bathroom felt modern, spacious and clean.
I noticed a slight issue, there weren't any vegetables at breakfast. I had to request them each time, though it wasn't a big deal.

An elevator provided access to the upper floors, simplifying movement within the hotel. This feature can be very helpful. the hotel showcases authentic decorative elements and a venetian atmosphere, a good setting.

Breakfast included various options such as eggs prepared in different styles. it also featured cereal, pastries, yogurt, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. I thought it was a good start to the day.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The water taxi stops right outside. major attractions are easily reachable within minutes from the hotel, so navigating the area is so easy.

The reception staff was helpful, always answering questions with a smile. the staff were attentive to every need, including pre-arranged birthday decorations in the room for my arrival. That was sweet!

The bedroom smelled musty. The air fresheners seemed overwhelming. The room felt unclean as it was in an older building. Furniture described as antique seemed unrestored, appearing tacky instead.
