i stayed for two nights. the room included two complimentary bottles of water. the safe was free for use. breakfast had plenty of food available. the location was ideal with restaurants nearby. a bus stop directly opposite took you to the airport
the corridors to rooms were quite dark so you may want to use your phone light to navigate.

the reception staff greeted everyone with a smile making us feel welcome. i wore traditional islamic clothing during eid at the hotel. staff and guests greeted me with smiles and offered to take pictures.

the location is central with a short walk to the cathedral. it is close to shops such as el corte ingles and zara. a local supermarket is a short five minute walk away near the bus stop.

the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in an ice bucket upon arrival the room cleaner left a thoughtful postcard and small soaps for my husband's birthday it. the staff provided consistently friendly and helpful service i appreciated their professionalism and willingness to assist with any requests we had it enhanced our experience. the location was perfect for exploring the city it was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
the bed felt a little too firm for my personal preference it was a minor inconvenience though.

i noticed the breakfast offered a good selection of meat, warm dishes, fresh fruit and cheeses there was a lovely outdoor bar open until late i found the service there very friendly and helpful.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating they arranged for us to use the spa and pool facilities at a nearby hotel i appreciated their helpfulness in making these arrangements and ensuring a relaxing experience.
