I found free parking a BIG plus. Valet parking EXISTS. The heated swimming pool felt great. I appreciate daily water bottle refills, very important on a hot day. The location was great close to alot of places and they have free shutll to the beach and malls and other places, and the people are so nice and helpefull
The rooms, appears compact. The bedding, with pillows plus sheets, appears worn OUT. They provide just shampoo also shower gel in the bathroom and you have ask for the rest

The room was spacious with comfy beds and a great bathroom. i enjoyed the heated pool. It was really nice. mr gamal from the front office and all the hotel staff members were great, attentive, and helpful. the attention the staff gave me from the minute i walked in until the minute i left was amazing!!!

The heated pool offered a relaxing experience. I used it every day. a gym is also available. It features several treadmills and stationary bikes . complimentary bottled water was provided in the room daily. It was a great convenience.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and were attentive to guest needs. i received prompt support from qais. I really appreciated his assistance. the hotel offers transfers to the beach and selected malls. This service simplifies transportation.
