The noise was excessive. I was on a lower floor, so I heard people walking by at all hours. It was constant. I wish I had brought earplugs. the staff could have been more helpful. I was like I was bothering them whenever I asked a question.

This hotel has a great location close to the metro and Gare de Lyon train station. The reception worked twenty four hour and this feature was great. Fresh towels came with daily room service. The room was clean.

Sound isolation was bad. I could hear sounds from the hallway. Breakfast seemed poor. It wasn't worth the money I paid.

the cleanliness captivated me. the location near the station eases my travels. i find local shops and eateries abound, it really adds to the charm. i am satisfied with all this convenience. it feels like a warm embrace.

the check-out proved a little jarring, i must admit. i was a bit late, and they called three times then opened my door. i felt a bit hurt by the aggressiveness. i am not use to this.

the location was great near the train station. i was able to store my luggage till check in.

the staff wasn't that nice. the lady at the reception acted like i had two heads during check-in. her colleague was rude too. it was uncomfortable, honestly.
