excellent amenities and location
ski shop equipment rental convenient access
the ski shop located within the building offered convenient access to equipment rentals, i hired my boots there. i also appreciated how close the alpe express lift was. the connected family rooms were spacious and provided ample storage, it was a comfortable setup for our family.
the reception staff seemed uninformed about some hotel services , there was a lack of proactive communication regarding available amenities.

ski shop convenient location comfortable experience tap water inconsistent service small ketchup jar
the ski shop inside the hotel was very convenient. the ski lift was less than three meters away. this made skiing very comfortable for me.
The hotel did not provide tap water each morning during breakfast. it was inconsistent if i was asked about coffee or eggs. i always had to ask for ketchup. They brought a small jar.

solid stay, minor hiccups
friendly staff fresh pastries good storage easy access
i appreciated the friendly staff who helped with ski equipment. breakfast had all options i wanted, specially fresh pastries. the family rooms felt spacious and storage space was good, a real plus. the location near the alpe express made access so easy for skiing.
the evening restaurant lacked options i liked and felt a bit repetitive. the bar was often too crowded, hard to relax before dinner. this could improve the overall experience.

the room included plenty of space for luggage and ski gear. each room had a tv with many international channels. the beds featured quality linens, cleaned daily. connecting doors made moving between rooms easy.

the ski shop assistants provided help with boots and skis daily. reception staff arranged taxis quickly. housekeeping staff restocked toiletries each day. staff spoke several languages, this included english and french.

the spa included a sauna and steam room. the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. a gym provided treadmills and free weights. ski storage was available near the slopes for guest convenience.

the breakfast buffet offered fruit and pastries daily. dinner featured a cheese buffet. vegetarian options were available each evening. a kid's menu was provided for younger guests, this had several choices.
