i found the staff very polite. the hotel is very close to the station for a train into london. the shower was GOOD. the bar and lounge area IS pleasant, we loved it so much!

unfortunately, the bed WAS very uncomfortable and neither myself or my husband managed to get much sleep. we also found the room to be really NOISY. the noise was unbearable.

check-in was really efficient. the staff gave my child a complimentary hot chocolate, a thoughtful touch after visiting the harry potter studios. the room was super clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The room service entered my room while I was showering. A simple knock would have prevented this. The bathroom lacked a fan. This caused persistent steam. The walls are not soundproof. I could hear neighbors clearly. I also noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the bedroom.

the hotel was modern. it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the car parking was easy and accessible. i had a blue badge and parked right outside the door.

the room was cold. i could not get the heating to work. the mattress needs turning as it felt as if i was sleeping in a hole.
