unhelpful staff dirty towel
the breakfast had sufficient options.
I found the staff quite unhelpful. They seemed unwilling to assist with basic requests. the room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a hair inside one of the bath towels, pretty disgusting. the location is a bit out of the way from the main attractions.

Mixed experience with some issues
faulty air conditioning poor shower design
I was not happy with a few things. The air conditioning was not working properly. It made the room too hot during the night. The shower design is poor, it caused water to splash all over the bathroom floor after each use. The minibar prices was also ridiculous.

Solid Stay at a Good Spot
delicious buffet easy access helpful staff
During my visit, I found the breakfast buffet to be delicious with various options. The hotel's location provided easy access to many tourist spots. Staff members were helpful and always had a smile. I stayed for four nights and experienced regular room cleaning that included fresh sheets.
I encountered an issue regarding parking availability. I understood parking was offered, but I faced difficulties securing a spot upon arrival. I had to search for alternative parking, not ideal.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but it is close to the city center. I could reach city attractions by foot. a tram station is close by the hotel, that was useful. It provided easy travel.

the rooms were large AND clean. Breakfast had lots of choice. The staff seemed helpful to me. You can buy bus tickets at reception, handy.
the hotel is somewhat away from the center, i used a tram.

the hotel offers a super clean garage for parking, costing around €26 per day. this is less than typical rates for parking near the city center. reception sells 24-hour tram tickets, and this makes transport into the center convenient.

the breakfast buffet provided a variety of options, it also included many choices for those who avoid pork. a moderate size market sits one block away, AND it allows guests to purchase snacks. the hotel restaurant is also good.

the hotel is near public transport with easy access to cabs. it is a 15-minute walk to the central area. the tram runs into the center, it takes just a few minutes. some restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was really helpful, and they spoke english very well! the cleanliness of my superior double room terrace was really good, and i loved having the terrace to relax on. breakfast was a highlight. The variety of fruit was fantastic, such a treat!

adequate stay, some minor issues
breakfast choice restaurant staff wine preference slippers absence generic liquid soap impractical placement
the breakfast offered many choices. i liked the option for decaf coffee each morning. the restaurant staff were very dedicated, especially jakub, vaclax, and valentyna. they remembered my table reservation and our wine preferences.
The room did not include slippers. there were no individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion provided. Only a generic liquid soap was available. the hairdryer was located in the writing desk, while the kettle was inside the wardrobe.
