the heating in my room didn't come on until late evening. the bathroom was antiquated and the shower was difficult to control. i had a bad fall because the wet floor was very slippy, though

I found the room clean and spacious! It had a super view. The hospitality tray was fantastic, and the staff were attentive. I enjoyed the food, both for dinner and breakfast, a very tasty experience.
I noticed the heating in my room did not activate until late in the evening, a bit inconvenient. I wished it had come on earlier for better comfort.
