solid stay close to everything
helpful staff free parking convenient location
the staff were helpful. the hotel provides free on street parking. the location near the railway station was convenient. i found it was only a short walk.
the barman indicated there was no restaurant space. subsequently two groups arrived without bookings. tables were then prepared for them.

Pam checked me in and was helpful. She was also friendly. the staff welcomed me warmly and looked after me. the staff is attentive and well presented. i rate it well.

the staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious start to the day. location was very convenient to both the station and the town. i found the room very clean with a bath and shower.

The breakfast provided a good start to the day. My room included all expected facilities. I found the restaurant offered very good food.
The corridor had some cleaning equipment. I would have preferred it stored out of sight

the room size was acceptable, its fairly spacious.
The cleanliness was lacking. I found dust and some hairs in the bathroom. the floor was stained and its just disappointing.

friendly staff packed lunch outdated decor furniture update
the staff were friendly and helpful . i received a packed lunch instead of breakfast because of my early departure and i appreciated it.
the annex where my room was located did not look great from the outside. the decor and furniture looked like they needed an update too

easy parking heated towel rail
the breakfast was enjoyable. i found parking easily, it was very accessible. the room was spacious. also, i found the bathroom excellent, it included a huge heated towel rail.
the corridors' carpets looked old and not clean.
