Central and Convenient Stay

The hotel's location was ideal. I found it very easy to access the metro station, a short walk away. Major tourist attractions were also nearby. The surrounding area felt safe and offered a variety of restaurants and shops.
The sound isolation wasn't the best, so street noise was sometimes noticeable.

The room featured a comfortable bed, contributing to restful nights.. The room was also spotlessly clean upon arrival, a detail i greatly appreciated. An electric kettle was available in the room, I found this very useful.

The reception staff, especially Cem, provided really good assistance with helpful information. He proactively explained all the hotel's facilities, a great service. Staff members were very polite and understanding .

While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, many dining options are nearby. The area is lively, so finding a place to eat is always easy. This made it very convenient to explore local cuisine.

The hotel's location is really convenient. It is close to the metro and Istiklal street (very practical!). The room was clean and had everything i needed. The staff was polite, they contacted me in advance to find out my arrival time.
The mattress was not good. I asked if it was possible to change it, but my request was denied. The room was noisy (i could hear street noise). I also clearly heard prayers from the nearby mosque, day and night.

The location was acceptable. The proximity to the metro made getting around fairly easy.
The room was quite small. I felt a bit cramped. the noise from the street was significant, and it was hard to sleep soundly at night. the air conditioning unit rattled constantly. It.

the location is very close to galata tower. istiklal street is also nearby. the hotel's proximity to the şişhane metro station is a definite plus. cem from the staff helped arrange my taxi to the airport in the morning.
