I found the location to be superb, offering easy access to key attractions. The breakfast included a good variety of choices, catering to different tastes (i especially liked the pastries). The staff were very helpful in providing directions and recommendations. I appreciated that the room had complimentary water, a nice touch after a day of exploring.
I noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom. The grout around the shower could use a bit of refreshing.

I found the location to be fantastic. It's near Plaza del Sol. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The beds were comfortable. I slept well each night. Linens in the room were clean.
The room was somewhat noisy. Street sounds were noticeable, especially late at night.
