the location felt very nice. i found the staff super helpful. the apartment had a lot character. i used the full size kitchen every day.
the furniture looks a bit old, needs replacing.

Alexandra, the receptionist. The night staff were also helpful (I particularly appreciated their assistance with directions). I liked that the windows opened, nice for fresh air to circulate within the room.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

Really good location and helpful staff

i found the location amazing, right in front of the royal palace. i also appreciated that the staff was nice and helpful. the room was spacious and included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. they arranged a taxi to the airport and provided helpful tips about the area.
I found the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms quite easily.

This hotel sits across from a park, near the royal palace and the alumeda cathedral. It is very central. many shops and breakfast places surround the hotel, including famous churros and placa mayor. access to attractions on foot is straightforward.
