The staff was helpful and professional. I appreciated enough pillows in the room. It was a clean room. The room was also very quiet.
The hotel had heavy works going on. I was woken up early because of drilling.

central location helpful staff clean room savory options
The location is fantastic. It provides easy access to major attractions. the staff was very friendly and helpful . my room was consistently comfortable and always remained clean. the breakfast included a great mix of sweet and savory options.
the room got warmer than i preferred because of the central ac being in 'heating' mode, though it was the only way to keep the air circulating.

a decent experience
central location helpful staff tasty breakfast small room ineffective air conditioning strange smell
the location was central, many attractions were easy to reach. the staff members was nice and helpful. i found the breakfast food to be tasty and had a good variety.
the room i got was quite small, moving around with luggage was a challenge. the air conditioning wasn't very effective, i didn't feel cool enough. there was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom, not pleasant.

slow elevator unpleasant odor
the elevator situation IS unacceptable. IT was tiny and painfully slow, a real nuisance especially with luggage. furthermore, my room had a noticeable odor, seemingly from the bathroom lacking proper ventilation. the air conditioning barely worked, providing little to no relief.

i encountered some issues. the room felt quite cramped. it was difficult to maneuver with luggage. the air conditioning was not effective. also, the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety.

I found gluten-free options at breakfast, which the staff provided. The buffet had many choices. The location allowed us to walk to sights. Everything was super convenient! The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was spacious and clean. It provided a fantastic view. I recommend this hotel. The hotel was right on a pedestrian street. It stood in the heart of it all. The temperature was perfect. It was quiet. It was comfortable.
Heavy works caused drilling noises at 8:30 AM. It woke us up .
