The staff greeted me with such warmth. Their recommendations enhanced my visit!!! the breakfast offerings were delicious. i found the location convenient, with key attractions just a short walk away. the room was surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating all my belongings.

the breakfast was quite underwhelming for a place claiming to be four stars. the hot food selection was particularly limited. also, i had issues with noise as the sound insulation seemed poor. i could easily hear conversations and other disturbances from the hallway and adjacent rooms. this lack of soundproofing really impacted my ability to rest well .

Central Location and AMAZING Staff!

The staff were VERY cheerful and helpful. I needed a late dinner recommendation, and they called ahead to a nearby tapas restaurant for me. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was AMAZING!!! I found the location perfectly central. The metro from the airport was simple. A bus stop was right outside.
The wifi connection was spotty at times. This was a minor inconvenience.

My room included slippers and dressing gowns, which I found thoughtful. The hotel provided toiletries in the room. The location is near restaurants and the theater (a very convenient spot).
The entrance on the ground floor seemed a little dark.
