the in-house laundry damaged my clothes , but the hotel refused compensation for the loss. the manager also misled me , which was quite unprofessional. i expect better service from a hotel of this supposed caliber. communications documenting this situation exist as evidence.

The staff were beyond friendly. The location allowed me to walk to many main sights. The bed in my room was particularly luxurious. I also found helpful that the location was near hop-on, hop-off buses.

I had a slight issue during breakfast. I found some preliminary information about sustainability a little tiresome before receiving the food.
