Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Conditions

The staff was really helpful. I found that acceptable.
The room was uncomfortably warm. There was no thermostat to adjust it. I tried to open the windows, but they barely opened, not providing enough cool air. This made it difficult to sleep, and the primary purpose of a hotel room is a comfortable sleep, though this was not fulfilled.
