Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
small room uncomfortable pillows
The room I had was quite small. The uncomfortable pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed the room was only about 7 feet wide. It felt very cramped. I expected more space for the price.

The hotel is near Kensington Park. My room was very comfy and tidy, which I appreciated. The daily cleaning service kept everything tidy .
The hotel's elevator was quite old and slow, resulting in some waiting time.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Conditions
warm room inadequate ventilation
The staff was really helpful. I found that acceptable.
The room was uncomfortably warm. There was no thermostat to adjust it. I tried to open the windows, but they barely opened, not providing enough cool air. This made it difficult to sleep, and the primary purpose of a hotel room is a comfortable sleep, though this was not fulfilled.
