excellent family stay
spacious roomair conditioningmany sunbeds
the room was spacious with air conditioning and a safe. i received chocolates on valentine's day. the pools each offer a different atmosphere and there are many sunbeds available.
the hotel does provide free shoes to encourage people to walk on corals.

The food options are varied and of excellent quality. I liked the beach grill for its fresh seafood and attentive service.

large queuesslow check-in
the check-in process was rather chaotic (i guess they were busy). large queues formed, a sight i wasn't thrilled to see right upon arrival. we got our welcome drink only after the entire check-in ordeal, which took about half an hour. by that point, i just wanted to get to the room and relax from all this stress.
