The hotel featured different areas that suited various moods. I especially enjoyed the quiet pool. Breakfast had a great selection of foods, all very delicious. Super fast lifts made getting around the hotel easier.
I found a lack of activities at the resort to be an issue. The kids club was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful.

The hotel provided a sunset beautiful room with pool access. It offered direct entry to the refreshing water. I also found a jacuzzi right outside my balcony. This created a serene space for relaxation. The meticulously kept gardens further enhanced my romantic experience with beautiful lush pathways.
The breakfast buffet was quite crowded. It made mornings less enjoyable.

asha kelvin and dino were amazing! i loved the helpful staff. the breakfast was also really good. i will definitely come back with my family soon. i really loved that the hotel staff were always smiling making the whole vacation more comfortable
the pools need a ramp for access for people with walking disabilities. also the pool stairs are tiled and very slippery.

The pools were fine, so clean, and large. The grounds and gardens were beautiful! The breakfast buffet had many options, both western and Thai. The location was central to activities, and I found the staff was helpful.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in certain areas of the complex. it did not significantly impact my stay.
