family pool pool access mini mart a c problem toilet blockage no action
The family pool access room was GREAT! We REALLY liked the separation for the kids while sleeping. The resort has three restaurants one closed for updating a nurse, a mini mart, a gym, a games room, a library, computers massage, AND a day spa.
Our a/c WASN'T working properly and we felt hot during the night. I reported this to reception THREE separate days though no action was taken. WE also had a blockage in our toilet. Again nothing was done.

spacious room good service multiple pools
The rooms are spacious and well maintained. i found the service to be very good, and i could contact the reception using the app. the resort includes multiple restaurants and bars. The floating market provided excellent breakfast options. the hotel has multiple swimming pools and a large water park.

smooth check-in delicious breakfast friendly staff
the check-in was smooth, and an app provided hotel details. the buffet breakfasts were lovely (the fruit selection was fantastic!). the pool access family room had two tvs and a separate kid's area. i appreciated the direct pool access from our family room. staff members were also consistently friendly and helpful.
the water in the main pools felt too warm, like a bath. i found myself spending more time in the splash park with the kids because it was cooler. it would be great if the hotel could adjust the water temperature in the main pools.

the staff was helpful, especially at the restaurant regarding allergies. they were polite and quick to assist with any requests we had, such as extra towels or information about local attractions.

a balanced stay with minor drawbacks
convenient location local shop multiple pool faulty air conditioning reported issue toilet blockage
the location is quite convenient. local shops are very close. several cafes and restaurants are nearby. the variety of pools was great too, there were multiple options to choose from.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. i reported this to reception on three separate days, even requesting a fan. there was no action taken other than a plate of fruit sent to our room. the toilet was blocked as well and no one came to fix it. We cleared the blockage ourselves.

clean resort tidy facilities fun splash area helpful staff
The resort was clean. i found tidy facilities throughout my stay. the splash area provided a lot of fun for my child. i liked the helpful staff. They were always friendly and available to assist.
i noticed there were quite a few mosquitoes, so i recommend packing repellent.
