Mixed Stay with Some Issues
dirty room poor maintenance
The location offered a mix of quiet and access to the city, a good balance.
The room I was initially given was far from clean. There was hair on the shower walls and the bedsheets looked torn, indicating poor maintenance. After I complained, the hotel did offer an upgrade, but cleaning consisted of bed-making and towel replacement only. I also noticed they reuse slippers which is unhygienic.

broken door room insects
The worst part was the condition of my room. It was just not clean. I found the toilet door difficult to close. It seemed broken. I had requested two beds for the kids. This request was not accommodated. The number of stairs to reach the pool and breakfast restaurant was excessive, and insects IN the room were a problem

The room, a superior double room partial ocean facing view, was spacious. I found the balcony perfect for enjoying a quiet morning. The amenities were complete. The staff were attentive. They always addressed my needs promptly.
i wish the pool was a little less crowded during peak hours, though i always found a spot eventually.

Acceptable stay but some issues need addressing
outdated room slow service
The room was outdated and showed significant wear and tear. The hotel seemed understaffed, particularly during breakfast. I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to get a coffee refill. The noise level in the hallways was also a problem. I could hear other guests at all hours.

I stayed in a beautiful double room ocean view. breakfast at rim talay restaurant was amazing!!! the staff there took care of all guests with a smile. gun served great drinks at the pool bar. he was always attentive. my kids enjoyed the pool bar food.
the room could benefit from a slight refresh.
