The worst part was the condition of my room. It was just not clean. I found the toilet door difficult to close. It seemed broken. I had requested two beds for the kids. This request was not accommodated. The number of stairs to reach the pool and breakfast restaurant was excessive, and insects IN the room were a problem

i wish the pool was a little less crowded during peak hours, though i always found a spot eventually.

Acceptable stay but some issues need addressing

outdated roomslow service
The room was outdated and showed significant wear and tear. The hotel seemed understaffed, particularly during breakfast. I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to get a coffee refill. The noise level in the hallways was also a problem. I could hear other guests at all hours.

I stayed in a beautiful double room ocean view. breakfast at rim talay restaurant was amazing!!! the staff there took care of all guests with a smile. gun served great drinks at the pool bar. he was always attentive. my kids enjoyed the pool bar food.
the room could benefit from a slight refresh.
