amazing anniversary stay

this was my first time in langkawi after friends recommended it and, the hospitality shone through i got such a warm welcome from alif, juliyana, and nur and the whole reception team even switched me to a water villa for a small fee for my anniversary they left a lovely welcome note too i really appreciate juliyana, alif, and nur for making my anniversary so special. the jungle chalets have monkeys around i love it my kids really enjoyed it it was my daughter's dream to stay in the jungle and i did. the restaurant team such as azrule , haseebullah and maryam despite the number of people they were serving, were always laughing and smiling they also made my son's birthday really special by getting a cake organised and singing for him. the hospitality from the staff was some of the best i have received. despite being thousands of miles from home i felt as though we were with family here.
the wifi was not the best i think that could have been better to get better connection everywhere

the location had amazing wildlife i saw dusky leaf monkeys and hornbills right on the hotel the beach is clean and the sea is wonderful for kids to enjoy safely it is ideal for families.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food i enjoyed the beach side restaurant most of all the food and drink prices were very reasonable for a hotel in this area the oriental pearl was also really good.

comfortable bedwarm greeting
The staff greeted me warmly. the mini bar was complimentary and refilled daily. That was nice. the air conditioning worked very well in the room. i found the bed comfortable too.
the pool area can get crowded, and finding sunbeds can be a bit challenging.

The suite offered NICE ocean views. The private beach was well-kept. Food was really delicious I appreciated the variety of vegetarian dishes available.
the additional cost felt unjustified the chalet didn't match the pictures.
