fantastic stay
helpful staff superb breakfast reliable wi-fi
the staff was very helpful. the breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety. coffee lovers like me could enjoy coffee machines with options to make your own coffee! the wi-fi worked very well.
the room could have used more updating.

the breakfast includes a wide array of options, it could easily replace lunch (especially the fresh fruit!). a coffee machine allows guests to prepare their own coffee according to preference.

wonderful hotel with excellent service
we received two bottles of wine, a delicious cake, and other treats. the staff, including deva, michelle, and sarikah, were very hospitable and caring. i strongly recommend this hotel due to its excellent management and staff. I will definitely return.

the staff were really good, particularly at breakfast. afternoon tea and drinks were also served between 5 pm and 7 pm. we stayed in the rasa wing adults-only area, and it was superb, with soft drinks available all day by the pool.

the hotel offered a fine, unobstructed view of the sea. it was a short walk to nearby restaurants and a night market. i found the location to be very convenient for exploring the local area on foot. i liked the wide view from the hotel.

i found the service quality perfect, especially regarding food. the staff was always polite. the grill restaurant was a highlight, with amazing meals. soft drinks around the pool were included all day, a good extra.

unhelpful staff extra payment
the pools are plentiful. they are staffed adequately.
The front desk staff seemed unhelpful to me. i was called down twice to pay a deposit. i provided a credit card at check-in. the hotel would only allow a late check-out if i paid extra. This sums up the difference between what the hotel was and what it has become.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Lush gardens guaranteed romantic walks! Staff sang us the birthday song and gave us delicious chocolate cakes, it was a fun moment.
Our room was on the fourth floor in the garden wing. The hotel looks dated. Certain aspects look to be in disrepair. The hotel pools are good. Its location on the water edge is superb for enjoying the views.
