excellent family vacation
heated pool amazing staff
i had a really excellent time at this location. the staff was amazing and we were given two rooms directly next to each other. we also had a heated pool just 5 meters from the front door.. it was really convenient.

the hotel staff was very kind and professional i want to thank mr mostafa magdy for the nice reception all reception barmen were helpful house keeping was great i also thank mando and yanetta from animation for the friendly vibe they created the rooms were spacious everything was super clean and provided a luxurious environment
the toilet flush did not have much power

charmed by this getaway!!!
separate sinks rainfall shower helpful staff friendly manager
i stayed in a beautiful room pool view. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the housekeeping staff very helpful. mr mostafa at the reception was also very nice. the restaurant manager helped me in a friendly way.
the toilet flush didn't have much power, a minor inconvenience. the mini bar also did not get cold. these were the only slight downsides i experienced.

the food was AMAZING!!! there was enough variety in the food to appeal to everyone. the pools were clean and measured regularly, which i really valued. there are 6 different dining times in the restaurant.

i enjoyed several amenities . there is a shuttle service available. the staff always seemed willing to help guests. the pools were very clean. the hotel is newly decorated, sparkling clean and relaxing.

attentive staff perfect room varied option
the staff was so attentive, always ready to assist with genuine warmth. my room was a beautiful room pool view and it was impeccably clean, and it had a view i won't forget. i savored delicious meals with varied options, each meal was a good experience.
the evening entertainment concluded rather early, leaving the nights a bit quiet! it would be good to have extended hours for evening shows.

The room included a minibar. It was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. my room type was a beautiful room pool view. the pools were very clean and well-kept. I noticed staff cleaning them every morning.
the gym equipment showed some wear, though it was still functional.

the staff was helpful. the cleaning staff was also good. i loved the food a lot. if i come back, i will stay here definitely.
the location disappointed me a little. the pictures showed the water park inside the hotel, but it was not.
