excellent family vacation
heated poolamazing staff
i had a really excellent time at this location. the staff was amazing and we were given two rooms directly next to each other. we also had a heated pool just 5 meters from the front door.. it was really convenient.

i stayed in a beautiful room pool view. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the housekeeping staff very helpful. mr mostafa at the reception was also very nice. the restaurant manager helped me in a friendly way.
the toilet flush didn't have much power, a minor inconvenience. the mini bar also did not get cold. these were the only slight downsides i experienced.

the food was AMAZING!!! there was enough variety in the food to appeal to everyone. the pools were clean and measured regularly, which i really valued. there are 6 different dining times in the restaurant.

the evening entertainment concluded rather early, leaving the nights a bit quiet! it would be good to have extended hours for evening shows.

The room included a minibar. It was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. my room type was a beautiful room pool view. the pools were very clean and well-kept. I noticed staff cleaning them every morning.
the gym equipment showed some wear, though it was still functional.
