The resort grounds were very spacious and luxurious. I appreciated the toiletries that were refilled daily in the bathroom and the variety available. The breakfast and restaurants offered a superb selection. I found four restaurants with an abundance of well-cooked food, and the staff was always friendly.

The alcohol tasted very cheap, and the cocktails were nothing special.

the hotel includes multiple pools, and the beach was superb. the staff proved helpful with quick solutions (hussein sabri from reception was amazing). the gym featured necessary equipment for basic workouts. the variety of pools offers more location options for swimming.

finding a sunbed by the heated pool required an early start to the day.

the rooms are very big and clean. the entertainment team is very friendly and energetic, communicating with the guests a lot. they are providing different kinds of activities!!! i really enjoyed that.

the food quality and variety wasn't that good. there also wasn't variety of gluten free food. the waiters were rude and removed plates in front of you while still eating without asking. it was annoying!!!
