Fantastic Hotel Experience!!!
spacious grounds luxurious feel daily toiletries friendly staff
The resort grounds were very spacious and luxurious. I appreciated the toiletries that were refilled daily in the bathroom and the variety available. The breakfast and restaurants offered a superb selection. I found four restaurants with an abundance of well-cooked food, and the staff was always friendly.
The alcohol tasted very cheap, and the cocktails were nothing special.

the hotel includes multiple pools, and the beach was superb. the staff proved helpful with quick solutions (hussein sabri from reception was amazing). the gym featured necessary equipment for basic workouts. the variety of pools offers more location options for swimming.
finding a sunbed by the heated pool required an early start to the day.

The staff demonstrates attentiveness and quick response to requests, especially in the reception area, they assist with any issues promptly. housekeeping maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. Requests received immediate attention. ali ahdy and hussein showed excellent hospitality.

several pools are available, some heated for comfortable swimming. the aqua park has slides for both children and adults. a dedicated area exists for sports enthusiasts, including soccer goals near the beach (i saw some improvised matches there).

The variety caters to diverse tastes. Tagine restaurant provides excellent options for flavorful cuisine. you can find quick bites just across the street at familiar fast-food chains. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). desserts were tasty with lots of choice.

i found the hotel to be well-kept and clean. the pools were a highlight, with lifeguards present. the variety of pools allowed for both activity and relaxation (i appreciated the quiet areas).
the food quality was inconsistent. some grilled meats were overcooked, becoming dry. diet soft drinks were unavailable and this was disappointing. (i usually drink diet sodas).

fantastic hotel!
clean room energetic team
the rooms are very big and clean. the entertainment team is very friendly and energetic, communicating with the guests a lot. they are providing different kinds of activities!!! i really enjoyed that.
the food quality and variety wasn't that good. there also wasn't variety of gluten free food. the waiters were rude and removed plates in front of you while still eating without asking. it was annoying!!!

the resort offers multiple restaurants, yet many serve similar food, prepared slightly differently. expect a limited juice selection, one egyptian wine type, and lower-quality spirits. the menu remains mostly unchanged throughout the day.

the site is directly on the beach, giving easy access. the sand is sharp and shelly though, not soft. the tide stays out, so you must walk to the end of the pier to swim.

The rooms are spacious. The rooms were cleaned daily. The WIFI coverage was excellent and reliable throughout the hotel. There are more than 5 swimming pools. The staff were friendly and polite.
The gym is rather small.
