decent stay with some minor issues

the staff was friendly they gave me a good room the food was good with good variety i enjoyed the swimming pools they have they are great i really enjoyed my stay the animation team was great too they are the best thing in the hotel
the air con was not working when i arrived the blackout curtains were not blackout until i asked for them to be fixed the smoke alarm fault was never resolved i also noticed hooks hanging off the walls there was discoloured grout dirty walls and doors and a grim sink plug hole

highly recommend!
amazing staff lovely hotel great sea
I went solo and it was great. the staff were amazing. They really were pretty good. the hotel is lovely and the sea views were great. it's close to the airport, only about ten minutes. i would definitely return to this hotel if i visit egypt again.
the mini bar had a charge, something i've never had to pay for at an all-inclusive. there was not much selection with food. i wish this was something that could improve for future visits.

there were many swimming pools available. each one looked clean and well kept . the pool area included ample seating with numerous loungers available for relaxation. shaded areas to escape the sun.

the hotel offered diverse food choices with multiple options. the selection included several cuisines, ensuring a variety of tastes. great drinks were readily available throughout the hotel and the poolside bars were AMAZING!!!

acceptable resort experience
friendly staff great food broken air conditioning unsuitable beach
i found the staff very kind. the food was great, and the place was clean. the pool bar was a highlight. kiro, the barman, was especially awesome.
the air conditioning in the room broke every day. i had to call reception for repairs daily . the beach was not suitable for swimming safely because of its depth. there was no shallow area.

The hotel offered several pools. I found a quieter middle pool with a slide. The staff reserved our sun loungers for the week. The bar attendant by the pool kept our drinks full. I appreciated these details.

The pool staff and towel service were amazing. I tipped them on the first day. This ensured fantastic service throughout my stay. I received help with sunbeds and towels each day.

Breakfast had freshly prepared omelets. There was also a selection of meats, eggs, pastries, and cereals. I enjoyed the omelets. The poolside bar offered cheeseburgers and pizza at lunch. I found good options.

noisy air conditioning inexistent common areas
I had some issues. the air conditioning in my room was very loud and did not work well, even after i complained at reception. common areas were nearly nonexistent. It did not feel like a resort, more like a hotel far from a 5-star resort. my room, a beautiful triple room sea view, felt old and the noisy air conditioning was a distraction.

mixed feelings about this hotel
air conditioning issue smoke alarm fault
the staff were friendly and also the hotel had a kettle in the room.
The air conditioning did not work upon arrival and the blackout curtains were not fully blackout until i requested a fix. there was also a smoke alarm fault that was never resolved . This caused significant inconvenience.

wonderful view varied food attentive staff
The room was lovely. The beautiful sea view room provided a wonderful view. the food choices were varied and everything tasted very fresh. the staff were always available and ready to assist with any requests.
the gym equipment could use a bit of updating, but it was still functional.
