i found the staff very kind. the food was great, and the place was clean. the pool bar was a highlight. kiro, the barman, was especially awesome.
the air conditioning in the room broke every day. i had to call reception for repairs daily . the beach was not suitable for swimming safely because of its depth. there was no shallow area.

The hotel offered several pools. I found a quieter middle pool with a slide. The staff reserved our sun loungers for the week. The bar attendant by the pool kept our drinks full. I appreciated these details.

The pool staff and towel service were amazing. I tipped them on the first day. This ensured fantastic service throughout my stay. I received help with sunbeds and towels each day.

noisy air conditioninginexistent common areas
I had some issues. the air conditioning in my room was very loud and did not work well, even after i complained at reception. common areas were nearly nonexistent. It did not feel like a resort, more like a hotel far from a 5-star resort. my room, a beautiful triple room sea view, felt old and the noisy air conditioning was a distraction.

friendly staffair conditioning issuesmoke alarm fault
the staff were friendly and also the hotel had a kettle in the room.
The air conditioning did not work upon arrival and the blackout curtains were not fully blackout until i requested a fix. there was also a smoke alarm fault that was never resolved . This caused significant inconvenience.

The room was lovely. The beautiful sea view room provided a wonderful view. the food choices were varied and everything tasted very fresh. the staff were always available and ready to assist with any requests.
