the staff was friendly and provided attentive service. the beach was kept clean. drinks and light snacks were available all day, convenient. i found the suite to be well kept.
The music by the pool was sometimes repetitive. I heard the same songs frequently.

The staff showed attentiveness during my entire stay. Ahmed at the beach bar is a STAR bartender. His cocktail menu had big selections. Mohammed, the barista, created great coffee art EVERY morning for us. The meals were exquisite at Basilico, Mumm, Burger, and Munchery Restaurants.
I found the music played ALL day to be too loud. It was often difficult to relax.

I enjoyed several dining options here, including the Burger Boulevard. It had various choices. The Utopia restaurant is another option for suite guests (the presentation is good!). Munchery offers a great range of choices.

The hotel appears clean and well maintained. The professional staff ensure amazing stays. Golf carts are available 24/7, which makes access EASY. I found the animation team to be enthusiastic and engaging.

My room was sizable and included a comfortable bed, which I appreciated. The mini-bar was stocked with drinks upon arrival. A big bathroom featured a shower. New towels were provided daily (a nice touch!).

The hotel is set in an ADMIRABLE location. The sea is magnificent. I found it easy to access various hotel areas from my room. The views are really good (i took many pictures!).
