I appreciated the all-inclusive package. The buffet provided a wide variety of food and drinks. The beach offered a pier where I could snorkel and observe coral reefs and marine life. The room was clean (which is always a plus).
The activity schedule was not always accurate. Some staff members did not speak English well. The constant offering of extra services became annoying and felt overpriced. I didn't like this.

The room fit my needs. It was a beautiful double or twin room pool view.
Meal times felt chaotic. it was necessary to walk through various restaurants to get a decent meal. the drinks were also poor, served in small paper cups with self-service drink machines. several times, the syrup had run out. Soda water was the only option.

the room was a perfect fit for my family. it was a very large room with comfortable beds. there was always something being served at one of the many food outlets. the staff kept the rooms very clean. the beds were neatly made each day.

The reception staff was helpful. They quickly addressed any queries i had. the bell service was efficient, ensuring luggage was promptly delivered. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

Bassem at the front desk demonstrated true skill in customer service. All staff members were attentive to our needs. we appreciated the resort. It was well-kept and clean with an excellent layout, and the rooms felt spacious with comfortable beds. the variety and taste of the food were wonderful, it was definitely a resort for families with many activities for children. the hotel was very clean, and it.
the gym temperature sometimes reached 27 degrees, which i found a little uncomfortable, however, i still used it everyday.

The resort has a beautiful reef, it is accessible via a long pier, around 800m. paddle and tennis require advance registration, ensuring fair access for all guests. Bicycles, table tennis, and golf are available without registration.
