Fantastic Vacation!

The hotel had many pools to enjoy, each very clean. I found diverse food options that always tasted fresh. The staff was always friendly, willing to help with any request. The hotel also offers free VR games for my children. They have many options for adults too, such as beach activities or enjoying different cuisine.
The main door to the room was hard to open sometimes, I found it difficult to get into the room. But this problem was fixed quickly.

This place offers many swimming pools, and slides cater to both adults and children. I observed consistent cleaning. I also saw a good gym, it included several treadmills with a running track available for guest use.

Dining options at the hotel impress me a lot, the food tasted delicious, I loved it. The buffet restaurants featured diverse cuisines, and a la carte options provided different choices. I saw many chefs and service staff work hard to keep everything fresh and clean.

The staff was very polite. They responded quickly to needs I had. Housekeeping was diligent and did an really good job, this made the rooms super clean. I found that the reception personnel managed check in smoothly, and I liked they offered welcome drinks.

The food was acceptable. Not amazing, but i found something to eat. the staff seemed friendly enough.
this place was just irritating. i asked for a quiet room with a double bed and got a noisy one with twin beds. the tv remote didn't work, and when i asked for a replacement, nobody ever brought one. the wifi was spotty. i'm just frustrated i wasted my time here.

the resort includes 3 hotels and you gain access to all facilities across them the staff were cute and helpful specifically the reception i appreciated mohamed karawia's professional service the resort has multiple pools maybe over 15 in total. there were late breakfast and lunch options available which i found useful a minibus provides transport to the beach which is only a short 5-minute drive.
i found that there were not enough plug sockets available in the room

the guest relations service felt a bit unhelpful. i encountered difficulties getting assistance with currency exchange and taxi arrangements.

I enjoyed the hotel's large territory. It was perfect for walking. The guest rooms were nice, and i found them to be comfortable. There were many restaurants with very tasty food. i loved the wide choice of food and drinks available at the bars.
the beach is slightly far from the main resort, but there is a regular shuttle service available.

The resort is conveniently close to several local attractions, including the grand aquarium. Guests can easily access these locations via readily available taxi services. The airport is also nearby. Transfer times are fairly short.

the hotel had multiple pools, great for variety. i found the pools very clean. the rooms were modern and included needed amenities. daily cleaning service kept the rooms in good condition.
the food was repetitive at the buffet restaurants. i noticed the same options were served daily. sometimes the staff asked for good reviews. i felt this was a little uncomfortable. there were limited english channels on the tv.
