a amazing experience

really good staffheated poolworking airconsprivate villas
the staff were really good and helped us with taxis when i couldn't find grabs. they organized a cooking class at the hotel! the shared pool is heated, very nice. the heaters and aircons in the room worked really well. the private villas are spacious and clean.

Breakfast was excellent with many highlights. I was impressed by how attentive the staff were! they tried to make everyone comfortable. the breakfast had a good mix of western and asian cuisine.

the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the city center! the bus departs at limited times, 09:00/14:00 and possibly a later service at 17:00. grab taxis cost between 50k-60k dong to the city.

The resort is like a little djungle. It's tucked away from the city noise. the facilities were amazing, especially the pools! the spa was great too. I didn't expect too much from a hotel spa but was actually surprised.

The resort's location away from the city center is serene. The staff gave really good service throughout my stay. My package included massages, laundry, and bar drinks! I found this inclusion a great value. Breakfast provided diverse and high-quality food choices. I enjoyed two excellent restaurant meals here.
The free shuttle into the city has limited departures. This made timing a little restrictive.

The resort is situated a bit outside the main areas, offering tranquility. It is surrounded by a lush, green environment and it provides a peaceful retreat, away from the busy city center. Shuttle services and taxis are readily available.

The pool is HUGE!!! great for families. The spa area includes a sauna and hot and cold jacuzzi options. Yoga classes are available on-site, at a very beautiful place. There is also a well-equipped gym to use.

Breakfast offers a very wide range of options. There are both local and international dishes available. The fruit selection was AMAZING!!! fresh, and delicious. The restaurants provide multiple choices with good quality food.

The WhatsApp group for communication with the staff was very useful. The hotel provided a shuttle into town throughout the day, it made exploring very easy. I liked the nightly mosquito net service and the folktale left on the bed.
