Fantastic Stay with Fine Views!
rooftop bar helpful staff fitness routine
I loved the amazing rooftop bar with its super view! The gym was a real bonus. It allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine (even on vacation). The breakfast was great with plenty of options, especially the eggs. I found the staff were always helpful and friendly.
The karaoke across the street was loud. It went on until 10 PM. The soundproofing in the room was inadequate.

The hotel is very close to city amenities. Crossing the street will get you to beach access. From the hotel, you get a nice beach view, a great view of the bay from a high floor, and can see the sunrise in the morning.

wonderful experience!
clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
The room was amazing and very clean! the bed was super comfortable, and i slept so well. the breakfast buffet had a really wide variety of options, including both continental and local cuisine. It was a great start to each day. the staff were always cheerful and helpful.
The gym equipment could use a little updating. Some machines seemed a bit worn.

I had a superior king room balcony ocean view. it had a large tv and a spacious balcony with great views. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. toiletries.

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was directly opposite the beach! grab taxis were readily available and inexpensive for exploring different parts of the area. several nice restaurants were within easy walking distance.

The service was attentive and always friendly. i really appreciated the warm welcome i received upon arrival! the housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate, and any requests were handled quickly. That was excellent

slow elevators crowded pool
the breakfast options were diverse. (i liked the pastries).
the elevators were slow. waiting for an elevator could take a while, sometimes up to 15 minutes. i occasionally had to use the stairs to get to my room on a high floor. the pool area was too small and felt crowded.

beautiful lobby helpful staff amazing breakfast noise level open karaoke loud loudspeaker
the lobby was beautiful. the staff was very helpful. i found the breakfast amazing! i enjoyed the pool area, it had good views over the beach.
the noise level was not good. a karaoke place was right across the street. people screamed over the loudspeaker. even with the balcony doors closed, the noise was unbearable.

skilled therapist helpful advice massage options nice views
I had a great massage at the spa. The therapist, ms nhi, was professional and skilled. she used a great technique. ms uyen, the receptionist, provided helpful advice on massage options. the rooftop bar provided nice views.
the breakfast room could get noisy during peak hours.
