The breakfast was okay. It had decent options to start the day.
The air conditioning in the room was completely broken. This made sleeping very difficult with the hot temperature. a mosquito also lived in the smelly washroom, which wasn't pleasant.

the location is great close to the sea and promenade. there is a mercadona store only two streets away. i found a car rental company located opposite the hotel entrance.

The hotel is located close to the beach. i found the on-site pool provided a good alternative to the sea, and there were gym facilities available. regular buses ran to palma center and the airport. I appreciated being well-connected for travel.

smooth check-inclean atmosphere
The receptionist was lovely and always smiling. She helped make check-in very smooth. Breakfast had many options and unlimited food until 1 pm. The dining room's atmosphere was nice and clean.

The unlimited brunch was amazing. It featured a great selection and was plentiful. Regular buses to the city center and the airport provided easy connections. I'm glad that the staff running the kitchen and cleaning the restaurant were very lovely too and did not stop.
