i stayed in a double room balcony. it was very spacious and i appreciated that. the staff were very friendly, always ready to help. the food was amazing!!! so much choice.
the pool was a little cold for me. i also noticed that the soft drink machines were often empty. the evening entertainment was basic, i think it could have been better.

the room was spacious and had everything i needed.
The breakfast was really bad. The pastries seemed stale. i was hoping for fresh baked goods. it really made the mornings less enjoyable. it affected my overall impression of the hotel.

My room included a kettle , a fridge, and a large television. Housekeeping staff were polite and friendly and kept the place super clean. The bar offered a great selection of all-inclusive drinks all day.
The air conditioning in the room was not very cold.

The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Beds were comfortable and I got good sleep. The pool area is good. Food is alright, i don't complain.
The balcony had bird poop and nobody clean it. The entertainment was really bad. There were not enough sunbeds, and reserving them with towels happens very early.

i stayed for several nights and i found the room spacious. it had air conditioning and a large television. the bathroom included a hairdryer and a walk in shower (very convenient!). the hotel provided a free room safe.
securing a sunbed by the pool could be challenging, as some guests reserved them with towels despite hotel policy.

the animation team, including raol, atalia, and johanna, were great. my daughter particularly enjoyed the kids club and mini disco they organized. the staff are always smiling and really helpful (always nice!).
