I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the room was gorgeous on the first floor, and it featured a lovely sea view. it included a modern design, cleanliness, and good furnishings, and it had a beach bag. the sunbeds on the balcony added extra value. I liked them a lot.

i was a little disappointed that certain areas were inaccessible without additional charges. using the indoor pool required extra payment. it would be nice if access to such facilities was included, especially given the hotel's high standards and pricing.

The hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. We loved the pool. this allows guests to relax comfortably by the water.

Staff members offered assistance, promptly addressing requests and providing information about hotel amenities. housekeeping ensured rooms were cleaned daily. They also replenished amenities, such as toiletries and towels. the concierge assisted with restaurant reservations and activity bookings, i liked this.

the rooms were good with all the extras you expect in 5 star, i liked that.

My wife and i stayed here for 7 nights. i did not like the toilet being separate. It reminded me of my uni digs back in the early 90's. the shower and basin area was separated to the bedroom by just a curtain, i didn't like this either, why not install a door.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and housekeeping restocked the minibar daily. There were plenty of available sunbeds by the pool.

The buffet food was often cold, regardless of the meal. The variety remained unchanged daily. The shower tended to overflow, causing minor flooding in the bathroom.
