The room had a sunny balcony. The reception staff were great and very helpful. It was peaceful at night, which I appreciated. The light up vanity mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch!!!
The WiFi connection was somewhat unreliable at times.

This location was really good i found. the beach was very accessible and so was the yumbo centre i noticed. all the staff were helpful i saw. they went out of their way for you and were friendly, really surprised! the pool i loved. It was clean and not crowded at all, amazing.
The rooms felt a little dated. Open wires ran on the ceiling i noticed.

i noted plenty of bars, supermarkets, and a large restaurant very close by. it seemed to cater more for german tourists around, nice. i appreciated the variety available.

the apartment i booked was spacious. air conditioning in the main room really helped, especially in the heat. i saw a ceiling fan in the bedroom and it worked well, so that was perfect.

The cleaning staff were VERY efficient. The location is central to shops and restaurants. The shower pressure was AMAZING! I liked the large towel provided for the pool area. This was a NICE touch.

The staff at the reception were always helpful, assisting with any queries quickly. The italian receptionist gave great local recommendations. The 24-hour availability of staff was a MAJOR plus.

Although the hotel itself did not offer breakfast, a convenient supermarket was only a short walk away. This made it easy to buy and prepare my own meals. The kitchen in my apartment had all equipment.

The staff were very friendly. The location to the beach and yumbo centre was excellent. the apartment was clean when i arrived, and the complex was secure. it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. I enjoyed having such convenient access.
The kitchen equipment was very basic. I missed having a few more cooking utensils.
