i found the staff very helpful (especially with directions). the room offered a spacious balcony plus a fully functional kitchen.
the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

The staff were very friendly. The location to the beach and yumbo centre was excellent. the apartment was clean when i arrived, and the complex was secure. it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. I enjoyed having such convenient access.
The kitchen equipment was very basic. I missed having a few more cooking utensils.

the one-bedroom premium apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. i found the furniture comfortable, and the balcony offered a pleasant space to relax. the bed was large and comfortable too!

The reception staff were cute. They were always ready to assist with directions and information. i observed that the cleaning service was regular, and they provided fresh towels. the staff provided helpful service!

The location was very good, near to the beach and shopping areas. It was easy to access public transportation. i walked easily to nearby restaurants. Everything was close by! the immediate area secure hotel.
