a quiet resort with good staff

The staff were friendly. Tom at reception especially was helpful. i requested a pool view prior to arrival, but did not receive a response. upon arrival, tom explained that the hotel was at full capacity. He could not fulfill my request. the on-site supermarket stocks essential items.
The kitchen was a bit sparse. Sharper knives and a strainer would be helpful. the air conditioning was only in the bedroom, not downstairs! downstairs air conditioning would improve comfort.

The hotel is near a taxi rank. It provides quick access to places like yumbo and playa del ingles. a supermarket is on-site. It operates 24 hours. the hotel is away from busier areas. This makes it quiet.

The bedroom features air conditioning. each bungalow includes two sunbeds and an umbrella. cleaning is upon request. The room cleaning happened every other day to a high standard. towels were available for sunbeds. They were free twice a week.

Relaxing Stay at an Adults-Only Retreat

I found the staff friendly and always willing to help. The location suited me well, it offered a quiet environment. The bungalow was clean upon arrival, and the cleaning service maintained it well throughout my stay. I appreciated the well-kept pool area (it always had available sunbeds).
The limited kitchen equipment made cooking a little difficult. Sharper knives and a colander would have greatly improved my ability to prepare meals in the bungalow. I also noticed some wear and tear in the apartment that could use refreshing (mostly superficial, though).

The resort restaurant has a chill-out vibe and offered good service. The prices for both food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were reasonable (happy hour from 17:30 to 18:30 is a bonus).
