ant problem impolite behavior
the breakfast offered a lovely view of the harbour.
I discovered ants in my cottage. there were boxes of ant poison around the cottage. it seemed impolite that no one told me about this before i arrived. It made me stressed about my children crawling around.

dated room disruptive noise
The staff were generally helpful throughout my stay.
The room I booked, a studio apartment, felt quite dated. I also found the noise from nearby equipment quite disruptive, especially late at night. It made sleeping difficult. The general maintenance seemed lacking, disappointing.

superior double room indoor pool restaurant options
i stayed in the superior double room, a very nice space indeed. the spa facilities were wonderful, especially the outdoor and indoor pool. the restaurant's range of options was also amazing!!!

fluffy towels delicious food great views
the main bedroom included fluffy towels and offered ample tea and coffee. i found the food delicious in the restaurant. the views were great from the room.

The resort features a well appointed kitchen. The location ensures a peaceful experience. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool. It provides a fine view of Loch Fyne and Arran.
The staff seemed slightly understaffed at breakfast which affected service speed.
