i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it featured great variety! the room, a premium room sea view, included a large balcony. it easily accommodated luggage and bicycles, perfect for active travelers.
The hotel is a bit old. It needs serious upgrades.

the breakfast choice was extensive. i also appreciated how friendly the check-in and check-out process was. the view from my premium room sea view was fabulous. the size of the bedroom and bathroom was really good, with lots of storage.

the location was very convenient it was right opposite the scenic port. i could walk easily to the heart of the city. the poolside area offered a relaxing space.
the check-in process took 20 minutes the staff seemed abrupt. my room was quite basic it included ripped lino on the floor. the hairdryer also did not work.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . i received a room overlooking the harbour on the top floor. the room had a large clean space with both a bath and shower i was very happy
the pool was somewhat small. this meant it became crowded easily. getting a sunbed sometimes required waking up early. the size was a slight drawback

The reception staff has very unique attitude. juan and oscar are both amazing guys. Both were helpful and professional. ana was also helpful. the common areas seem nice and well maintained. the views from upper floors were fine.
the pool seemed a little smaller than i thought it would be.

the reception team worked very efficiently, and i watched them manage several requests. i asked for extra pillows, and they delivered them to my room within fifteen minutes. every staff member appears eager to assist guests with any inquiry.
