amazing STAY AT THIS renewed GEM

i traveled with my family and found many things was so great. The rooms are REALLY clean daily to a high standard. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to one of the nearby beaches.
i found there was a need to pay extra for a bathing towel and a deposit. This felt unnecessary since i didn't need towels every day of my visit. i felt this process should be revised.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse , providing many delicious and healthy options with fresh smoothies and various fruits. The dining area was spacious , accommodating many guests without feeling overcrowded. Table service was efficient , with staff promptly attending to drink orders.

The hotel features a good location , near a public bus stop facilitating access to Palma city center in just twenty minutes. One can reach the beautiful sandy Cala Major beach with just a ten-minute walk. Also the hotel provides a free shuttle service to Palma Nova beach.

The staff team were professional , upbeat and enthusiastic. The TUI representative, Kelly, recommended a boat trip with snorkeling . i found the service attentive overall.

mixed experience at this hotel.
small shower cubiclesunshade shortage
The shower was substandard. The cubicle was too small! there was not enough space. the breakfast buffet was noisy, i was glad to eat on the terrace. people reserved sunbeds at 7 am with towels. There were not enough sunshades by the pool.
