spacious room helpful staff missing cups water bottle
the room was spacious. a very comfortable bed was also provided. a really good breakfast was available, with a great variety of items. the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
i found the gym lacking. there was no water in the water cooler one day. there were also no cups available on another day. the room service was not satisfactory as they skipped the daily water bottle.

friendly staff central location diverse breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the location convenient as it allowed easy access to many attractions. the breakfast offered many choices of fresh foods both hot and cold.
the gym was fairly basic and could use more equipment.

the location was acceptable.
I found the room service unsatisfactory. They did not consistently replenish coffee pods. (it is a basic expectation) this required multiple requests for replenishment.

The rooftop bar was disappointing. The service did not meet expectations for a five-star hotel. This made relaxing on the terrace difficult.

Acceptable stay with some disappointments
inconsistent room service missing water bottles
The breakfast was good.
I found the room service lacking , as they often missed refilling basic items like Kleenex. The hotel also sometimes forgot to provide the daily water bottles. Each time something was missing , it took multiple requests to get it delivered to the room.
