amazing place to stay
respectful staffcomfortable stayindoor poolbroken ac
the staff were courteous. the guest relations team ensured our comfort and assisted with all requests. i enjoyed the spa, sauna, the indoor pool and steam room. late check out and full use of the facilities until our evening departure was granted.
the ac broke down and leaked in the wardrobe, all my clothes and shoes were wet.

The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. a goodie bag was a nice gesture upon leaving. fresh water was provided daily to the room.

the location is great. the beach is just across the road, but the waves were really big . the hotel offers easy access to local attractions though the immediate area is quiet.

The food was delicious and tasty. the food was varied and options were continuous. Food was almost available 24 hours a day. the food spread had a great variety and tasted amazing.

The location is GREAT. The beach is easily accessible. Outdoor showers offer privacy, which I appreciated very much. The staff allowed children to play on the grass. I found that very thoughtful. The food was EXCELLENT. It was fresh and delicious.
The hotel WiFi wasn't working for 3 days. This was inconvenient, as I needed to use my data. I had to incur charges from my provider.

The room was very comfortable, with everything I needed. It features two separate sinks. This allowed for more space. The rainfall shower was very relaxing after a day at the beach.
