The staff was REALLY friendly when I arrived earlier than the check-in time. They allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel and explore. The air conditioning in my room was AMAZING!!!
My room window had a sign that said it had safety locks, but the locks WEREN'T working. The window could be opened FREELY. Finding a parking spot was a challenge.

I arrived earlier. The staff was friendly about the early check in. i left my bags at the hotel and wandered around the area. i eventually checked in about an hour early. It was such a nice gesture!
The check in process felt long. I provided several details. i wondered why they needed so much information, such as our postal code. This was a bit inconvenient.

The location was fine. I could reach many places from there.
I had a really bad experience with the staff. They did not display even basic hospitality. I asked for hot tea and they told me to boil hot water in my room. So helpful.

the hotel room had everything i needed for a short stay the selection for breakfast included many options the staff greeted me with friendly smiles each morning i found this very cute. the breakfast provided was a nice selection and set me up perfectly for the day. the hotel room was clean and tidy i found the bed comfortable for restful sleep. the interior design felt modern i enjoyed the simple elegant touches throughout the hotel.
the parking fee seemed a little high it could have been more budget friendly i think it impacted the value slightly.

the room was clean and fine for a city trip. walking towards the city centre took under 20 minutes it was alright.
the rooms are small and very hot. the air conditioning does not work sometimes the fan will work but there is no cold air only warm.
