excessive calls slow check-in
the room service was just awful!!! i phoned to order, only to get several calls back to confirm. then they called again to say the wine i wanted was out of stock. getting three calls back seems excessive. also, check-in was slow. i was told the room would be ready in five minutes, but i had to go back to the desk twenty minutes later because she hadn't bothered to check again. so frustrating!

breakfast buffet helpful staff ocean view water pressure bathroom towels housekeeping service
the breakfast buffet included many options and tasted fresh. the staff were always ready to assist with requests. our room offered an ocean view. the location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
the shower had low water pressure, so rinsing off took longer. i noticed the bathroom towels had a slight odor. the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish items, like water bottles.

friendly staff 24-hour front desk clean room
I found the staff to be friendly and polite. The 24-hour front desk accommodated my late arrival. The hotel is near the ocean. The room was very clean, and I secure hotel .
I booked a room described as having a bath or shower, but my room only had a shower.

fruit selection helpful staff clean room many restaurants
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The staff was always helpful. I found the room to be very clean (especially the bathroom!). The location is great. It is close to many restaurants.

the staff were so friendly. they welcomed me well. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the kitchen staff deserve applause for the amazing food. i really loved my stay and the hotel's friendly atmosphere.
the television in my room could not connect to any channels. i contacted reception twice without an answer. i hope they can improve their responsiveness.
