the hotel gardens featured beautiful pools. the grounds were clean. i liked that the staff showed friendliness and provided helpful assistance . the food presented good variety.
the air conditioning proved not very powerful. it did not work well once i turned it on. i found that i had to pay extra for the safe. it has been years since i experienced that. the tv offered only english news channels.

I found the pool area to be a definite highlight with plenty of space and available sunbeds. the location suited me well. It was a bit removed from the busy town center, a welcome change for a restful experience. i upgraded to half board plus (it cost just 3.5 euro per day) and i could enjoy unlimited water and wine at dinner. the main pool was heated (i especially liked it), and the two hot tubs were also excellent.
the walk to town was a bit of a trek, especially heading back uphill (it's quite steep). i never saw the shuttle to town, a bit disappointing.

The staff were generally polite and helpful. They ensured tables were promptly reset in the dining area. this service contributed positively to the dining experience and overall impression of the hotel, and they were really nice.

the pool area has beautiful greenery, it makes the outside areas so beautiful. It was a short walk to the local square, very convenient. I found restaurants just next door, handy!
The evening entertainment could improve. Some nights felt a little weak. acts came on, sang, and left quickly, with little banter. this reduced the overall quality of the shows.

The hotel was clean and well-kept (I especially appreciated the super clean lobby). I enjoyed the pools and jacuzzis, along with a bar near the pool offering lunch and drinks. I found a mini-shop selling water at reasonable prices. I took advantage of the shuttle service to and from town.

The entrance lobby was fine, also the manicured gardens and swimming pools created a cute atmosphere. the reception staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly, a amazing team. our room was very nice. It included comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a large balcony. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
While the website promotes a gym, there is no gym available on-site which i expected. guests must pay to access a nearby facility. the rooms were smaller than i thought. I expected more space.
