extensive buffet friendly staff clean room
I found the breakfast buffet extensive. IT offered many choices and fresh options every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The room was clean and well kept, contributing to a comfortable stay.
The elevators were a bit slow at times, causing minor delays.

The hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A shopping mall is also nearby. The hotel is located right on the boardwalk and what a great spot it is. I enjoyed the proximity to everything.

The breakfast was really tasty. The coffee was also good! the staff was very helpful. i loved the comfortable swimming pool! it was clean and inviting.
the elevators were slow. they were also kind of dumb! the air conditioning did not work very well. plus? parking was really expensive!

the hotel location is near the ocean and city center. the pool was unexpectedly deep. the staff were nice to chat with. food was tasty.
the gym stinks and is very hot.

the buffet selection was great! i also booked the couple experience, and the private spa was fantastic.
the elevators were slow and dumb, below average breakfast! the ac wasn't working properly. parking is expensive.

a amazing experience
amazing location complimentary cava varied buffet
the location allowed for short walks to many shops, restaurants, and a shopping mall. there was complimentary cava and chocolates in my room upon arrival to celebrate my birthday. breakfast offered many choices at the buffet.
i noticed the music from the bar was loud from the sea view rooms. it was difficult to sleep until late at night.

the staff provided really good service throughout the stay. from reception to the restaurant, every interaction was pleasant. the warm and helpful attitude. amazing!!!

the music from the bar was too loud. i couldn't sleep until 11 pm because of that. my sea view room was very noisy. they should address this problem soon.
