i had a good stay. the service was really good, with attentive staff always ready to assist. the food was amazing!!! with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. each meal felt fresh and flavorful adding to the overall experience.
the parking onsite is horrible. it is not worth the additional charge. the signage in the hotel to guide you to the pool or restaurants or gym is not available.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options, with changes daily. lunch and dinner buffets offered plenty of choice. Different options were on rotation each day. the food was varied and delicious!!!

my suite offered ample space with two separate rooms. a comfortable bed ensured restful sleep. the balcony provided amazing views of the ocean. the welcome minibar was a lovely gesture with refreshing beverages.
i noticed slight water staining on the walls in some corridors.

The rooms were spacious. the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. It was a real treat. i found the staff really friendly, a big plus.
The tv channels were limited if you don't speak spanish or german. Bbc channels kept freezing too. the air-conditioning didn't go below 23 degrees. It was quite warm. the hotel is on a hill. Walking to shops can be physically challenging.
