The hotel design incorporates 1970s decor and botanical elements. This creates a unique, inviting environment. The lobby feels like a lounge with vintage furniture. I found attention to detail throughout the hotel (especially regarding the design).
the room was not cleaned one day. I requested service, but it did not occur. I contacted the front desk, but this issue was not resolved.

the rooms are quite spacious and i slept well on a comfortable bed. the rooftop bar provided nice drinks, it had amazing views of the city. i especially loved the excellent location close to main subway lines.
i noticed the breakfast options could include more variety, specifically the cheese, meat, and bread selection was somewhat limited.

My room provided amazing views of the city. It included a super comfy bed and the design was aesthetically pleasing. i found the room large.

the hotel location is near several main tourist areas, including the Grand Place and Mont des Artes. it is also very close to the main subway and regional train lines, this enabled quick transport to other locations.

Staff were superb and courteous. I found them very attentive to my needs. the reception service was also very miCe and kind. the staff left a special birthday voucher for my partner.
