The staff was excellent. Every little detail, from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would go back without hesitation. It was like home away from home, with attentive and friendly personnel all around the hotel. excellent location

One minor issue was the insufficient storage space in my room. The closet was quite small, and i had to keep some of my belongings in my suitcase. It was a little inconvenient, but it did not detract from my overall great experience.

The Junior Suite featured high-quality bed linen and clever television hiding in the mirror. The bathroom invites multiple daily showers, supplied with excellent amenities. Leather and wood furnishes the room, it presents no marks or signs of wear.

Breakfast offered various choices for every taste. Staff were attentive, attempting to give everyone a fresh start. I enjoyed the pastries, they are baked fresh daily in house.

The location provides easy access to many museums. The hotel location is also close to Stephensplatz and Mariahilfer Straße. I found moving around the city very easy, I used the nearby subway.

The room was great! I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The breakfast had a great variety. Everything was tasty. There were plenty of fruits too.

The hotel entrance is right on the main street. This is quite dangerous. The check-in area looks like a mini bar. The general decor looks rather tacky.

The team was really helpful. Breakfast was beautiful. Enjoying champagne. The spa facilities provided a relaxing way to unwind. I found this particularly nice.

I found the lighting difficult to control, it was a bit frustrating. The air-conditioning seemed fixed too high.
