Excellent Location and Friendly Service
central location friendly staff fresh fruit
I found the location excellent (very central!). The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for directions. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods. I especially liked the fresh fruit.
I have no complaints regarding my recent stay.

convenient location decent pool noisy room poor cleanliness
The location was convenient for accessing nearby shops. The beach was also within easy walking distance. the pool was a decent size, and i found space to relax there.
the room i had was quite noisy. i also thought the cleanliness could have been better.

prime location good food
the location is unbeatable. it is directly across from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. the floating breakfast experience was beautifully presented. the food quality was also good.
there was no water in my room for a few hours one day. this was due to a booster pump breakdown.

low water pressure sewage smell
the location was acceptable. it was close to the beach.
The hotel felt old. The shower barely had any pressure, yet the bidet could easily injure someone. everytime we used the bidet a sewage smell emerged from it. also the pool was shaded all the time.
