convenient location vast array wonderful perspective
I am thankful for the convenient location near the station. The breakfast offered a vast array of options. The view from my room provided a wonderful perspective. I will keep coming back.
I noticed housekeeping came early. The disturbance occurred two hours before the scheduled check-out time at noon. This felt quite abrupt.

breakfast choices nice staff basic room room temperature
the breakfast include a lot of choices i like. also the staff are very nice, i was charmed by they kindness.
the room was very basic it has only a sofa, a bed and a wardrobe. i could not control room temperature, i was cold.

the shower was powerful.
I could not control the room temperature and there were no tea or coffee facilities available. the telephone in my room also did not work. I found that frustrating.

mediocre stay, cold room
cold room double charge
The room was too cold. i tried adjusting the thermostat, but it barely made a difference (i even asked at the front desk). also, i was charged twice. they mixed me up with another guest with a similar name. It created a lot of stress until the refund was sorted. (it wasn't a pleasant experience).

Underwhelming stay. Issues with basic amenities
tea set back view
the breakfast had a decent selection of items and tasted fine.
i encountered several issues . there was no kettle or tea and coffee set in the room, which i found surprising for a hotel of this supposed class. the view from my room was also disappointing as it faced the back of the building, i saw nothing pleasant.
